Some ask what is an rain garden? Rain gardens are built in a low areas that allows rainwater runoff from hard surfaces including driveways, parking lots, roads, roofs and walkways. These are designed to allow rain water to soak in an special area. Since 1984, Hoemasters, Inc. has done many rain gardens projects.
